Basic Leadership Training

Basic Leadership Training is the initial step for a cadet to advance within the program. BLT is a four day program that instills in cadets the core ideas of the program - those literal and figurative - such as marching, basic drill, and the ideas of honor, courage, and commitment. Cadets will be briefed extensively in class in order to prepare. The following informational and safety documents must be read through (and in some cases, filled out and returned) in order for a cadet to participate. Click each to open.
